  3. By using the following Windows 3.1 Driver Library
  4. (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the
  5. included license agreement.  Please review the

  8. This disk contains printer drivers for the following
  9. Panasonic printers:
  10.  
  11. Panasonic KX-P1081  *  (Also known as KX-P1080i)
  12. Panasonic KX-P1124i *
  13. Panasonic KX-P2624  *
  14. Panasonic KX-P4450  *
  15. Panasonic KX-P445Oi *
  16. Panasonic KX-P2180
  17. Panasonic KX-P2123
  18. Panasonic KX-P2124
  19.  
  20. * currently included as part of Microsoft's Windows 3.1 
  21.   Driver Library.

  24. Installing a Printer Driver
  25. ---------------------------------
  26. 1.  In the Main group, choose the Control Panel
  27.     icon.
  28.  
  29. 2.  In Control Panel, choose the Printers icon.
  30.  
  31.     The Printers dialog box appears. If you have
  32.     never installed a printer, the dialog box
  33.     expands to display a list of printers available
  34.     in the Windows version 3.1 package, and the Add
  35.     button is unavailable. Go to step 8.
  36.  
  37. 3.  Choose the Add button.
  38.  
  39.     The dialog box expands to display the List Of
  40.     Printers.
  41.  
  42. 4.  In the List Of Printers box, select Install
  43.     Unlisted or Updated Printer.
  44.  
  45. 5.  Choose the Install button.
  46.  
  47.     A dialog box appears, instructing you to insert
  48.     the disk that has the printer-driver file on it.
  49.  
  50. 6.  Insert the disk you made during the downloading
  51.     procedure, or type the path of the directory
  52.     where you downloaded the driver. Then choose the
  53.     OK button.
  54.  
  55.     Another dialog box appears, listing several
  56.     printers.
  57.  
  58. 7.  In the List Of Printers box, select the printer
  59.     you want.
  60.  
  61. 8.  Choose the OK button.
  62.  
  63.     The Printers dialog box appears. Your printer is
  64.     listed in the Installed Printers list.
  65.  
  66. 9.  Choose the Close button.
  67.  
  68. 10. For instructions on how to configure your
  69.     printer, see Chapter 5, "Control Panel," in the
  70.     "Microsoft Windows User's Guide."

  73. Updating the Universal Printer Driver (UNIDRV.DLL)
  74. --------------------------------------------------
  75. The Windows Driver Library includes the most current
  76. version of the Universal Printer Driver.  To update
  77. UNIDRV.DLL:
  78.  
  79. 1  Change to the disk or directory to which you
  80.    downloaded.
  81.  
  82. 2  At the MS-DOS prompt, type:
  83.  
  84.       copy unidrv.dll <path>
  85.  
  86.    where <path> is the drive and directory containing
  87.    your existing unidrv.dll file.
  88.  
  89. This overwrites your existing UNIDRV.DLL file.
